Here’s how you can join:

1. Fill out the online registration form.
2. After submitting the form, your Digital ID Card will be shown. Remember to Download and Save Your Digital ID Card
3. Congratulations! You have successfully registered for Trade Expo Indonesia 2025.
4. Visit ICE BSD City from October 15 to 19, 2025, and present your Digital ID Card to gain access to the exhibition venue.

Important Notes:

1. Check your email for a confirmation message.
   (please also check your spam / junk folder and mark it as "not junk").
2. If you did not receive any email confirmation or did not download the Digital ID card:
   
   • make sure you are using a valid email addres, you may check it by re-registering your email (the system will notice if your email is already used for registering to the website)
   • if your email is already used, please tell your email to our officer once you are arrived at the venue
   • our officer will assist you to get your digital ID card
